Our food philosophy

We source premium local produce and allow it to shine through a simple and seasonal menu, inspired by modern French and Mediterranean cuisine, and designed for sharing.

Our kitchen is built around the ethos of circular sustainability and creative fermentation to minimise waste and maximise flavour, as well as the liberal use of our redgum woodfired oven.

What’s in a name?

Tommy Gunn, our owner Rozza’s beloved grandfather, fought in both world wars and received several medals including the Military Cross for gallantry.

To his family and friends, he was a gracious, generous host who valued delicious food and great company. And that’s what Tommy Gunns is all about.
